Irvine's newer villages are seeing the healthiest first-time and move-up buyer traffic in the county. Turnkey homes under $2M move quickly; anything requiring imagination sits longer than it did a year ago.
The Coastal Hills
Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, and Chino Hills continue to attract buyers priced out of the coast who want space, schools, and a slower pace. Days-on-market has ticked up slightly, which is quietly good news for buyers.
